Returns / Exchanges
We personally check every item that is packed and dispatched. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for an exchange or store credit, provided you email us within 5 days of receiving them. We get them back within 7 days and in perfect original sale-able condition, with all tags attached. Item must not have been worn, damaged, marked or have perfume, makeup, or tan residue. Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces as we cannot accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. If our return requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except for faulty items, or if the goods differ from what you have ordered. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via tracked post as The Closet Shop will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.
Please note: For 'change of mind' return we do not refund or credit original shipping fees.

We will provide you with a RA number and give you further instructions, without that number we cannot process your return.
A Return Address will be provided once you email us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund you for that item excluding the postage amount.
Sale and Jewellery items or any discounted items are deemed final, please choose carefully, we do not offer a change of mind refund, exchange, or credit note (unless faulty).
Dispatch + Delivery
We ship express at a flat rate of $12.95 under $200, please keep in mind we are regional, and, in some cases, there may be delays with postage. This may be due to external factors and The Closet Shop cannot be held accountable for these delays. A copy of your receipt will be provided as a hard copy upon receiving your purchase. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase or wish to refund your purchase.
The Closet Shop will not be liable for undelivered parcels once they have been dispatched. If you have concerns, please use the registered post option.
We except payment via Credit Card, Pay Pal and After Pay.
